Your own song repository

Paste a chord chart you found on any site, type your own, or bring in song sheets from a PDF. SongChute tidies it up: sections, chords, key and capo found for you. Your songbook stays yours.

Study sets

Group the songs you are learning, mark each one New, Learning or Got it, and step through them one by one until the whole list is solid.

Build gigs

Build a gig set by set, with breaks and an encore. Attach the set lists you play often, add songs from anywhere, and flag duplicates before they reach the stage.

Follow along live

Share the gig with your band. One player leads, and when they move to the next song every bandmate's tablet follows, each showing their own key, capo or sheet music.

Printable set lists

Print song names only, big and bold for the stage floor. One set per page, with numbers, artists or keys if you want them.

Attach anything

Upload PDF sheet music and photos of charts and attach them to songs. Attach set lists to gigs. Bandmates attach their own music to your gig and follow along, each on their own screen.

Study

Learn the songs before the gig, not at it.

Put the songs you need to learn in a study set and work through them. SongChute keeps track of where you are, so you always know what still needs work.

  • Study sets with progress. Mark each song New, Learning or Got it, and step through the set one song at a time.
  • Chart, Tab and Arrangement. The chords, the riffs, and how the song is put together, each one tap away.
  • Tutorials and backing tracks. Keep the original, lessons and play-along tracks with every song.
  • In your key, with your capo. Transpose or set a capo, and see the real chords alongside the shapes.

Gigs

One gig. Every player on their own screen.

  • Follow the leader. The band leader taps Lead and swipes to the next song. Every bandmate who taps Follow lands on the same song a moment later, no shouting across the stage.
  • Charts that fit the screen. Each song fits a tablet in one, two or three columns, so nobody scrolls mid-verse.
  • Tap, swipe or use a pedal. Move song to song, with a title slide between sets so everyone knows where the break is. Step away to look ahead, then jump back to the leader.
  • Your key, your capo. Transpose on the fly or set a capo, without changing anyone else's view.
  • Last-minute changes. Swap a song or move it to the encore, and the whole band has it.

Sheet music

Your violinist reads their part. Same show, their music.

Not everyone plays from chords. Players upload their own PDF sheet music and SongChute shows it exactly as written, every page, sized to the screen.

  • Upload a whole folder at once. Name the files after the songs and they match themselves to the set list.
  • Map your music to the band's set list. Match your PDFs to the songs once, and they follow along in every show with those songs.
  • Private to you. Your files are only ever shown to you.

Drop it in. Line it up. Play it out.

Build the gig set by set, attach the set lists you play often, and pin your sheet music to the songs.

3

Play it out
